They are a fun place to post in, or a fun place to play games in, or both. Well, if you like reading, join the link in my signature, it is a link to an outside forum the we will be converting to CC once they give us clan privlages.

teammates whenever you want... people you can always trust... some interesting conversations... and clan challenges which is the main reason

nothing more fun than two big groups in many games

Clans are basically a few things:

1. A group of players who all ascribe to a set of rules, values or interests

2. This group represents the clan, which often has a representative name

3. Clans give people a nice pool of regular partners to play in doubles, triples and quad games

4. Because you are all on the same team, and represent said team...clans tend to foster the development of close friendships (and kick ass squads for team games!)

5. Clans often are full of like minded individuals...some clans form around sports, some around the game itself and are based on a set of criteria such as that you must be over 1500+ pts, or have over 35% win pct.

6. Clans often have a website or forums...gives people a smaler community to hang out with, and gives people a sense of satisfaction for being part of an organizations

7.Only people in clans can join and take part in clan wars. This is when two or more clans face off against each other. clan wars will become more important once CC puts up its clan ranking system.

8. In a clan, you and your team can COMPETE against other clans...compete as a clan in a CC tourney...practice together, and help each other grow in the game

9. Clans Often have a melieux of players of different strengths and skill levels. Once in a clan, you often have several free mentors who are more then willing to train and teach you in aspects of the game they personally excel in.

10. Clans are basically a way in which a player can enhance his skills and more importantly, his overall game experience.

some clans require premium membership. But that depends on the rules of each clan. The main reason is that they want to make sure you have enough games always available in order t do clan wars + tourneys.

I know there is one clan called Freemium Forces...check them out if you are without a premium

Yeah I'm not a mod. That won't stop me SUGGESTING to you to either cool it before it gets out of hand or to let it go out of hand in flame wars
