How so? ExtraThis. I've played in a number of c9 mafias. Often scum win but then again town have won a large number too if the town isn't completely full of idiot noobs.

They aren't horribly unbalanced but they are in favor for the mafia. About 60-40 I'd say. 60-40 for a closed setup thats never been played is pretty damn good, but as far as open setups that have been played for years, it stinks.nagerous wrote:ExplainThis wrote:c9s aren't well balanced and really only exist as a tool to teach newbs how to play.nagerous wrote:Why don't you make it a c9 setup. 2 scum, 5 town made up of either 5 townies, 4 townies a cop, 4 townies a doc or 3 townies 1 cop 1 doc. ???

2 sks ? and a night start? ugh. When i suggested two mafia I meant 2 allied killers who share 1 kill.
Hey town, this is going to be hard to win.
Yeesh, no kidding... any ideas on where to begin?ExplainThis wrote:baggins994 wrote:Day 1 has begun. Please see my first post for current instructions.

If you random lynch day 1 day 2 will be just as random as you will gain no new info. Also unless otherwise stated one of the dead people could be an sk, they can kill each other you know.suggs wrote:Good point! I guess the mafia/serial killers dont kill themselves.
Well, random I know, but his name gets on my nerves so:
VOTE EXPLAINTHIS
Sorry. But the first round is completely random, so we may as well get through it quickly.
Yeah, I think the fact that there is no mafia per se and the fact that we're losing two people a night means we need to think this through.ExplainThis wrote:If you random lynch day 1 day 2 will be just as random as you will gain no new info. I need to learn to be more subtle...
But this is the way I see it. Suggs and mandyb were clueless about how the game was working as far as the serial killers go, so that means that they are town or clueless, probably non-interacting serial killers, or some combination of the two... I'm leaning toward the first at the moment. Any comments?
No offense, guys.

Oh yeah, I guess knowing the role is important...suggs wrote:I'm confused.
In the only other game i played, when ANYONE died, under any circumstances (lynched or assassinated etc) their role was revealed (townie, mafia roleblocker etc).
Does that not happen in this one?
