Seriously though, what did Norse do to get you people's panties in such a twist?wicked wrote:actually, in any way.
I mean, I know that these forums must be scoured for the kind of subversive comments Norse so prolifically produced which might undermine the beautiful sanitized image of politically correct multicultural harmony, but the bitter acrimony between him and your armies of thought policing Nazis is on a different level to a simple desire to keep our online perusing in a utopic little New Labour-esque bubble.

you know, with all this hype surrounding Norse, i wonder if he could live up to it if he ever DID come back.
but i think it might be more amusing that he is gone, and seems to come back periodically with different incarnations.
(i'm guessing the Gary Glitter guy was him, or "esron backwards")
it's almost like being Zeus and coming down to breed with a wood nymph as some four legged creature or another.
and then to have a built in fan club waiting around to applaud anything he posts -- it actually probably serves him better (in terms of demagoguery) to be in exile, than to just be another competitor in the arena.

have you ever seen an idealist with grey hairs on his head?
or successful men who keep in touch with unsuccessful friends?
you only think you did
i could have sworn i saw it too
but as it turns out it was just a clever ad for cigarettes.

Or maybe just watching some dodgy internet video's.

Duane: You know what they say about love and war.
Tim: Yes, one involves a lot of physical and psychological pain, and the other one's war.

Where's Norse?
Well.
Where is he? He usually returns to these forums in veiled glory under some cryptic pseudonym....but he's been conspicuous only by his absence for some time now.
I for one, eagerly await the return of our Viking marauder overlord.
