The USL is the American equivalent of the English Football League. It contains the 2nd-4th divisions of American soccer (football to everyone else). Although the promotion and relegation is very different to other leagues, USL's Division 1 is considered America's 2nd Division. There are 11 teams in USL Division 1.
Now, how does this tournament work?
In real USL, the 11 teams play a 30 game schedule. But since this is my first tournament, I will shorten the league to only 11 games in the regular season. The top 8 teams in the regular season will make the playoffs to decide the champion.
All games will be played Singles with Flat Rate cards and Adjacent fortifications. Like real competitions, 3 points given for a win, and none for a loss. A draw will be called after 10 rounds if no one has won, and both teams get one point.
I'll do my best, and please tell me if I'm doing something wrong. I've run tournaments for other things before, so that should be of help.
