I think people might be legitimately interested in this! =) It's a similar concept to Conquer Club, only on a massive scale and team-oriented.

You can apply your knowledge of the game and help your candidate win!

this looks like complete BS

1. how many active users are there on the site?
2. why does it need to know so much information about me to register (looks like a "enter your info so we can find you and hurt you in real life" kind of stuff).
3. why should we join it, other than the fact that it is slightly (very slightly. really not much resemblance at all) similar to risk?

It's free and there are no advertisements.

It's a growing community but there's been as many as 11k active users in previous games.

The information requested is only meant to help with the networking aspect of the game - you don't have to answer honestly if you don't want to.

You should join it if you find it interesting as a game and forum.
