He was great in Brokeback. Batman is in post-production so hopefully that hasn't been set back too far.

I reckon he was going for the James Dean effect. SO hackneyed.

It's a shame that he died. I've never really been a big fan of his but looking back on it, he showed some guts to take on a controversial role like he did in Brokeback. Shame he died.

I don't really care that he died, and the fact is he'll probably be a 'legend' now, or have some infamy from dying young, rather than becoming a washed out actor, but these guys are fucked.

The weird thing is that my friends and I were talking about Heath Ledger the morning he died... then we heard about his death and we were... all like... wow....
