The games are ready to set up as soon as we get the last team.

I'll be adding reserves, but don't think we should need more than 2 - 3 players to be ready to lay in case we have a deadbeat or disrespectful player.

I've updated the bracket for the last time before sending out the game info.

The PM will be sent to the Team Contact only, so please forward the PM to your partner.

It's important that we join the games in the order the teams are shown in the bracket.

Deadbeating is not an option in this Tournament, as it sometimes gives an unfair edge to the player who gains his/her partner's armies.
So...
If someone deadbeats, after one time, the partner can ask that he/she be removed from the Tournament and can replace him/her with a player of their choosing.
After 2 consecutive missed turns they will automatically be replaced with a reserve. -I'm still trying to find reserves. Hopefully things will go smoothly and we won't need any, but I'll try to have a couple players on stand-by just in case.

Respectful game chat is expected from everyone.
(We all play for enjoyment, not to be insulted or demeaned by others, Flame Wars is the only appropriate place for that!)
If any player receives a complaint by another player, the chat will be viewed and a decision regarding whether or not any action is warranted, will be made by the Tournament Oraganizers, Elijah S and Suzy1 (aka Rebel Yell!).

Winning Team's Contact, please post the game number in the Tournament thread.

In the Game 1 and Game 7 brackets there were players who joined and were not listed in the Tournament, so the original Games were scratched and new game #'s PM'd to each Team Contact in these brackets.

This is a Private Tournament, so don't send the password to anyone but your partner; Doing so will result in disqualification of your team.

Some of the brackets are filling up pretty nicely, but a few are moving pretty slow.

Something that should speed up this process is:

Just join the game you were PM'd with you and your partner on the same team, don't worry about where your team is listed in the Tourny bracket... I'll redo the bracket after the games are filled.

Bear with me, this is my first attemt at a Tourny and I assumed all players knew that the passwords aren't to be sent to anyone other than their partner.

I'll stay on top of this and try to help out with problems some players are having getting in their game.

Any time you view the brackets you'll want to hit your 'refresh' icon in order to see the most current update.

I've re-listed the teams in the order they are playing in each game. -It doesn't really make a difference in anything other than making it correct.

We're going to try to manage without any signed-up reserves.
If the need arises, I'm sure we'll be able to find reserves.

All games are have now started and I think we're going to have a great Tourny!
