who created us? life started out as something like a germ in a growing environment, then with water, the building block of life & the miracle of symettry a functioning lifeform was created & adapted to its environment. I know u grew up learning that some supernatural being created us & i dont expect u 2 believe wut i just said because ppl r stubborn & dont want 2 change their ways, just remember that i used 2 believe in god too, but if the human mind is able 2 question our existence, then y cant it question gods? wen really our existence can just have been a law like gravity. I just wonder how u can accept god's existence from him just being there but not ours

"Oh, God created it all!"- No. That contridicts itself, because if you say God has been always there, when using the same logic we can say the universe has always been there.

As i wrote elsewhere...

It has been postulated by some Very Clever People that the universe contains within itself the necessary means for its own existence and "creation" - not sure if that word is appropriate. Just because you don't understand it Jay doesn't mean it didn't happen.

er...no. If god is eternal he must exist outside the universe. As that liberal heathen Einstein discovered, space and time are inextricably linked. Time can have nothing to do with the eternal.

Setting the laws of physics aside, if he created it he must have started outside it. Stephen Hawking- a cleverer man than you or I - has, as i said, theorised that the universe contains WITHIN ITSELF the explanation and cause for its own existence.

Stepehen Hawking is know Einstein. If the universe created it self, i "read this in national geographic" then it eventually deterates so it shrinks back to a pebble. IT then does the BIg Bang all over again. That means if u believe in science that people identical to us did the same things were doing now except 25 trilllion years ago.

im saying that the universe is impossible 2 create, because all it is is a bunch of random atoms that float around in a void, & then the laws of physics made what there is today...& dont say that god created the laws of phyics :roll:

what i dont get is if there isn't a god, then how did the universe start. there has to be something out there with the ability to create the universe. Science didnt just create it
