Option 3 seems to be the most popular, but shouldn't there be some kind of reward for outplaying the others in your group in the first round?

Why should somebody who's got lucky having weaker opponents in the first round get an advantage in the next round?

You can follow the ongoing games by selectingt "active games" and "freedom is not free"-tournament in gamefinder.

there are still about 10 games left...once those are all done, i'll do a standings update and set up round 2...hopefully later this week.

Who said anything about getting lucky? Obviously there must be some level of skill involved. And if everyone gets the reward except six people, its not a reward.

the groups will be randomized every round, so while some people may get really easy opponents one round, the next round might be near to impossible

i'm in the middle of calculating standings (much thanks to the groups who posted there stuff.) i think for next round if you eliminate someone, you should put something like "jennifermarie eliminated" in the chat box...this way it is much easier for me instead of having to scroll through multiple rounds of game log.

I have a favor to ask of all of you...if you eliminate someone in one of these games, please put their name in the chat...it makes the scoring sooo much easier!

(if you forget, just do it later and say if somebody else was eliminated after)

I got mugged, Yes sir re they came in and hit me over the head and took a big army right out of my hands of deployment.

Never have I been mugged like this before. they stole that big army right there and left the other 2 for me to deploy.
It should of been 3 armies to deploy but those rascals in the code room took it from me. Chadwick right before my turn with the same number of territories got 3 so I know its a conspiracy from those that control the codes. I must of really ticked them off this time for them to cost me a tourney over it
