Folks, as a rabid CC enthusiast and an avid boxing fan, I feel the time to merge the two is now! Both the CC player and a boxer have one thing in common...They are both warriors! However, to make this thing work out accordingly I am searching for doubles teams.(A 4 player doubles game gives you the head to head of a real fight!)
Now, this is indeed a "tournament" to start. We have to decide our 1st ever "HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONS". But that is only the start. As they say, getting the title is one thing...defending it is another!
This will be an actual league complete with results, rankings, statistics, and, God help us, even interviews. I annoint myself the "DON KING" of this particular party and I will act as promoter, matchmaker, publicist, referee, etc.(I could use help, but you won't be eligible to compete due to obvious conflicts of interest!)
I NEED DOUBLES TEAMS, people. I am going to start the initial tourney on OCT.1, 2006...If you sign up later than that you are still eligible to join the league, but you won't be eligible for a "title shot" until after the tourney is over.
