Just so you know, geoff@xtra.co.nz, this is true for any map having a victory condition.

Map looks good. Definitely more balanced than before. I think it needs some more time in beta for us to all get used to the changes since christmas break was probably a little slow.

Last time i had all the victory conditions i didnt win immediately but the game didnt last another turn cause i beat everyone else. So no. You dont win automatically.

The more I play this map, the more I enjoy it because it has some amazing gameplay to offer, and this is especially true for team games.

However, the Legend is very confusing and does not describe the bonuses very well. It is a very difficult map to pick up simply because it is so hard to understand the legend with all the one way attacks and various bonuses for holding 1 or 2 regions.

As far as I can tell there hasn't been much discussion since the changes went live at the end of December?
Are you contemplating any further changes to the map?

I think it's quite balanced now and it's gameplay is amazing. Superb map, superb effort. Bravo =D>

To be honest, I think it can go out of the beta stage now as this hasn't been very active for a while now.
But... It was so artistically done.

If you're gonna move this out of beta, please do it after the next Newsletter is released... I don't want to write a news headline about a map getting quenched in a terrible hurry :D

despite the smileys I'm actually semi-serious... ;)

Congratulations Kabanellas and company .... I have made many new friends with your map ...cuz a lot ... *clearing throat* ...ALOT of people love your map ...

Someone should run a stat and check to see ... of all the maps with victory conditions .... which one has these victory conditions MOST utilized as a players victory path ... in fogged play ... I can't recall the number of wonderful sleeps I have had winning a game having pre-arranged with large stacks of armies sitting on the victory points :)

Once again ... let me take this time to say: ... .... thank you .... =D>

Thanks for the countless number of games of sheer enjoyment playing on your map =D>

The XML was updated without authors' knowledge. At least just a note could have been posted...

Apologies for that - this map was a perfect of example of how to implement the new XML, and was discussed in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=127&t=113744

this is great map, for me magic :D . I am playing it three times and I will play it to the time when I win it...

only one notice: Torlosa was Tortosa.

Kabanellas, I think about map of Crusades States, but there are opinions that it is not needed because yours Third Crusade. but I can complet my maps pack about Crusades - in Gameplay Workshop are two Baltic Crusades and Reconquista.
if you have interest and you think the map from Levant will be good PM me, please.

ones more thanks for Third Crusade =D>

I have a questin about the objective win in this map. Do you need to hold all the territories that belong to the Jerusalem bonus region, or do you only need to hold the star of David?
