Okay Teal, you are right about red and it will be hard to stop him. I have taken the Kurd area and if I hold it, it will give me 4 extra. I'm sure you're not happy about it, but if I can keep it, I'll start attacking green, hopefully wearing him down to get to red.
It's really the only way I can see to get to him. Yellow and Blue are in no shape to help and my partner isn't really either.
I have also taken the Baathists at Mosul, but If you let me keep the Kurd area, I'll take my armies out next turn and give Mosul back to you. That would give you at least 3 cities and lot's of ways to get extra armies.
In the mean time, you should talk to your partner and ask him not to attack me. By the way, he has lot's of ways to get extra and he's not doing it. You may want to fort him at a place where he can attack green too. Between me and him we may be able to break thru.
Think about it. I didn't want to say this on the game chat as to alert green and he could destroy us already if he wants to. Your partner should probably move as many as he can to Anbar. After green takes his turn, we'll talk to yellow and blue and see if they can help.
Thanks, Joe B.

This is noted for his game play tactics. If he is reported once again, if the evidence is strong, we may have no choice but to block him with whoever player he is reported with.
