Personally, I think in a Casual Single game, there should no rating of below 3 stars (3 stars = average) be allowed if one never misses a turn.
That's what Casual games are for (different for team games though where you have to talk to your teammates)

At least that could be automated by restricting ...

I like the German map gameplay wise, but a lot of names are geographically inaccurate.

E.g. Rheinland is somewhere completely different.
There are umlauts missing in many names, some names are with wrong location to each other.
Bremenhaven should be Bremerhaven and so on.

But I think there is a big difference to getting 3 of 4 territories in Australia for example.

I don't know how many colorblind people play CC.
But they might nt know where "Purple C" is on the board.
Maybe yu could write "Purple Triangle" on the outside of it. Maybe just the small word "Purple" in a small font on the left line of each triangle?

Might be a bit late... but I have a suggestion:

Why not get rid of the monarchy crossing arrows at all and make the capitals being able to attack each other?

I see a downside for this: Once you have total Netherlands or total Belgium, it is easy to defend.
So, I am not really convinced of my own ...

Could you move the army shadow of Hawaii a bit up and strengthen the clor of the land. I have seen many people asking to which continent it belongs, so it would be nice if you could make it clear!

The reason I proposed just a +1 bonus for holding 1 wood, 1 clay, 1 wheat and 1 wool was the following:
You have to code it into the xml s.t. every possible combination gets that bonus.

That means that if you have the above and 1 extra wheat, you'd get twice the bonus cause you have 2 possible ...

Maybe one could do the following as continent bonuses:

Each combination of wood, clay, wheat and wool(that's what is needed in Settlers of Catan for a new village) gets a bonus of +1 and maybe each combination of 2 wheat and 3 iron ore (for city) gets +1.

Would be a different kind of map...

If a player new to this map plays it, there will surely be one question which could be made clearer in the legend:

Can hilltops attack each other and can they attack back helipads?

If I see it correctly, the answer is no, but it could be a little clearer, but I don't know how...

White looks very good, I think. At least on the countries.

If you maybe make the grey background on the legend (the one with the Southern Army) alittle bit darker, then it is also perfect on the legend for me.

The region Greeiwemacher could also be called Remich. It's shorter and it's the Kanton south of Grevenmacher.
Or Schengen (small but known cuase of a famous meeting of some prime ministers)

I'd like to see the army shadow of Jamaica moved a little to the left cause then once can see better which continent it belongs to. But maybe it works as it is.

If one holds Bialystok, Lvov and Odessa at once, one gets +3 (or whatever)

You have the stared territories which simulate where the Russians got their additional troops.

I don't think this is a problem, there are easier ways to let a partner control a continent especially moving armies out of the regions. It's a waste of the +3 armies each player gets each turn to just deadbeat to give a continent, so I don't think it needs a fix.
