I agree, there's at least a few things that have no reason to be random, random map made sense because we have a ton of them, other settings its almost pointless with the possible exception of reinforcements and spoils. Going fully random would just get kinda ridiculous.

I get the same answer as you in a slightly different fashion, I believe it is correct. As far as I know its the muzzle speed of the bullet in the problem that's unrealistic.

well it would make sense for them not to show everyone how to steal info like that on air, but mythbuster's is pretty good about editing and all, it would have been a good episode to let people know the risk they take with RFID
