when do you cash in and why?
in what case would you not wait for all 3 colors

ive been playing a lot of flate rate spoils games lately, and i have been using a (shitty) strategy to wait untill i can cash three different colors to get 10 spoils unless i really need the troops....i was wondering what you guys do and why thanks
