I'm a little confused as to exactly how unlimited fortifications work. Yes I realise that you can apply forts without limit, but conditions seem to change from game to game.

For example: In some games terits have to be adjacent and in others they have to be on the same continent and in yet others ...

i can go from the comp to the bathroom, do my business, and come back in a minute and 16 seconds. can we make a min and 16 sec rounds?

Does 1' 16'' include scaling a flight or more of stairs. I'm also assuming you mean doing a No.1. There's no way you could conduct sit down business in that time ...
