2010-12-18 19:52:05 - koepkey: Good to meet you.
2010-12-20 13:40:06 - koepkey: I have had the worst luck in this nfl tournament. I think this will be my first and last tournament.
2010-12-20 14:31:34 - damilatis: dont be discouraged. the tournaments are fun, sometimes you get great luck and sometimes you don't. no different from any other cc game.
2010-12-20 16:45:13 - koepkey: I never play 1-on-1, but I'm guessintg that this is how most games go. Once someone takes a lead it's pretty much over.
2010-12-20 16:45:31 - koepkey: Thanks for the kind words.
2010-12-20 16:59:45 - damilatis: no worries. and you never know, i've had games where you think you're in good shape and all of a sudden your opponent has a big turn to swing things.
2010-12-20 17:02:52 - damilatis: but yeah, the focus of 1 v 1 games is to take a bonus, or at least limit the amount of troops your opponent gets. if your opponent has 16 territories and you can knock him down to 14, thats huge. the difference between him getting 4 and 5 troops is big.
2010-12-21 02:32:25 - koepkey: Yep, I get it. I just prefer multi-player games where if you get dealt a bad hand there is often still a chance for you to stay in the game.
2010-12-21 02:33:20 - koepkey: One bad turn with the dice can eliminate you from contention in 1v1. Good game. See you around.
2010-12-21 02:35:46 - koepkey: Anamore.
