2010-03-05 19:32:09 - Bones2484: Good luck ZZ. Guess you're the upset pick according to Ricco ;)
2010-03-05 19:32:26 - Bones2484: I'll just say... I'm glad I'm not facing you on crossword and instead you get to face me on my map!
2010-03-05 19:41:44 - amazzony: This is going to be easy week for you, I don't even dare to check what's my 1v1 score on this map... After this game I hope you can give me some tips... Or, I'll just see what you are doing in this game :P
2010-03-05 19:41:54 - amazzony: Have fun!
2010-03-05 19:45:46 - Bones2484: Ill gladly give you tips afterwards!
2010-03-05 19:50:46 - amazzony: Darn, I already hoped you'll spill your guts before I make my next turn :P Oh well, I guess I can wait.
2010-03-05 19:51:14 - Bones2484: lol!
2010-03-05 19:51:48 - Bones2484: I guess it doesnt matter! With no spoils you dont need to worry about grabbing cards (usually by bombarding)
2010-03-05 19:52:12 - Bones2484: So I get the biggest bonus I can in the castle I will not be attacking from, in this game it's Barbarians.
2010-03-05 19:52:44 - Bones2484: In the castle I am going to attack from (Great) I go for 4 territories which leads me a path to attack out from my castle from.
2010-03-05 19:53:02 - Bones2484: As you can see, when I'm ready to attack I can go straight from my castle into Might.
2010-03-05 19:53:17 - Bones2484: Usually I wait until I have around 50 armies to attack (it's more fun in fog).
2010-03-05 19:53:29 - Bones2484: Generally 50 armies is enough to break through the neutral 10 stacks and kill the opponent's castle.
2010-03-05 19:54:22 - Bones2484: Lots of people call this a building map, but I rarely see it as such in 2 player games.
2010-03-05 19:54:28 - Bones2484: If you're aggressive, you'll generally win.
2010-03-05 19:54:57 - amazzony: Great, I can see a live slaughter now :D Thanks for tips though! :)
2010-03-05 19:55:27 - Bones2484: So yea... usually round 5 or 6 I make my attack.
2010-03-05 19:55:40 - Bones2484: It's failed before if I get bad dice, but usually the odds say the attack are in my favor.
2010-03-05 19:55:45 - amazzony: Well, I'm just waiting for my end then :) Good game, next time watch out for me :D
2010-03-05 19:56:16 - Bones2484: Yea... now I'm going to be worried playing you!
2010-03-05 19:57:13 - Bones2484: Escalating is a different story.
2010-03-05 19:57:36 - Bones2484: Usually I take 3 territories in my castle in order to get the 4 territory bonus.
2010-03-05 19:57:45 - Bones2484: And then you gotta just bombard for a card until you're ready to go.
2010-03-05 19:58:06 - amazzony: You should be, I've learned from the best :D
2010-03-05 19:58:34 - Bones2484: Thanks for the game, ZZ. Hope I helped a bit for next time!
2010-03-05 19:58:39 - amazzony: The bombard thing I even now... I was taught it in a New World game by some random guy who wanted to partner up with me :P
2010-03-05 19:58:56 - amazzony: Until next time and keep up the good record, might see you in the finals :D
2010-03-05 19:59:27 - Bones2484: Sounds like a plan :)
