2008-11-29 22:32:04 - musicalmaven gained 17 points
2008-11-27 02:55:11 - musicalmaven: haven't i seen you somewhere before? wasn't it in the prior game?
2008-11-27 02:55:45 - musicalmaven: anyway, hope you have a happy turkey day.
2008-11-27 02:56:15 - musicalmaven: should i also send best wishes for the crimson tide too?
2008-11-27 02:58:53 - musicalmaven: i'm not crazy about no cards, oops, i'm sorry hasbro, no spoils, but maybe it's different on a 1 vs. 1 contest.
2008-11-27 02:59:34 - musicalmaven: by the way, are you old enough to remember the movie of your name?
2008-11-27 05:43:46 - blue_max: happy turkey day to you too
2008-11-27 05:45:34 - blue_max: contrary to common belief not everyone from this state is a fan of either the tide or auburn
2008-11-27 05:45:58 - blue_max: go trojans for my alma mater ;)
2008-11-27 06:17:39 - musicalmaven: i like pete carroll, and always did and i think the jets gave him a raw deal, canning him after one year. but as one door closes usc opens another. there are a few teams i pull for more than usc - as a n.y.'er, well, i am a subway alum of n.d.,
2008-11-27 06:22:08 - musicalmaven: also, as an northeastener, i pull for any good team in the n.e., and the most consistant would be p.s.u. my wife & i have been fans of joe p. since the 70's, and felt p.s.u. got snubbed many times for being in the n.e., and an independent.
2008-11-27 06:24:02 - musicalmaven: as for my alma mater, it is a small college in n.y. - iona. it is not a threat to any of the 3 football powerhouses mentioned, so, no problem. by the way, how the you wind up at usc, or how did you wind up in 'bama?
2008-11-27 06:33:18 - blue_max: ended up in 'bama...like this place
2008-11-27 06:38:33 - musicalmaven: good enough.
2008-11-27 06:39:54 - musicalmaven: well, it is after 1:30 here, so good night, see you in the morning. hopefully i'll be able to get a round in before everyone arrives at the house.
2008-11-27 06:43:01 - blue_max: yeah same here
2008-11-27 06:43:15 - blue_max: nice rolls you got there
2008-11-27 15:45:42 - musicalmaven: good morning and happy thanksgiving. and you're so right. i was stunned, amazed, at my luck on my last roll. needless to say, i went to bed with a smile for a change.
2008-11-27 23:08:41 - blue_max: curse of the dice hasn't left me me yet but i am now excited about the dinner
2008-11-28 02:25:04 - musicalmaven: dinner was good, naturally i overate, but the football games failed to give one reason to get up and watch the game.
2008-11-28 22:00:09 - blue_max: sorry for the delay...was out this mornin for those black friday doorbusters
2008-11-29 01:13:22 - musicalmaven: that makes two fo us - but i took a nap about 4:30.
2008-11-29 16:05:31 - musicalmaven: i am an idiot. i just pressed the deploy button and droppes everybody on a1, after looking at the board and deciding how i would proceed.
2008-11-29 22:33:08 - musicalmaven: thanks for a good couple of games. good luck to your trojans tonight, even if it is n.d. they're going to beat up.
