2009-02-10 07:03:31 - Tommy Tucker: That's why I took the initiative and attacked.
2009-02-10 07:04:44 - Tommy Tucker: I was not in suicide mode or anything but decided to make a move. Hence, we can do another game if you like but as far as I'm concerned this game is still on.
2009-02-10 07:05:18 - Tommy Tucker: I will hold off on my go until I hear your comments though...
2009-02-10 12:01:40 - Tommy Tucker: One more tiny point! Bamage, what do you mean by your question to Blobby?
2009-02-10 12:01:50 - Tommy Tucker: "I'm not suggesting Tommy will be opportunistic, but if he does, Blobby, you can play your turn confident that I will follow your lead on how to handle that"
2009-02-10 12:03:17 - Tommy Tucker: Is this an alliance type thing? If so, I refer you back to your earlier comment: bamage: "why wreck everything with alliances? that's how World War 1 started, for pete's sake"
2009-02-10 12:03:49 - Tommy Tucker: And: 2008-12-12 04:04:49 - bamage: "well, i just lost all desire to attack anyone but you two. without extracting any guarantees from anyone, i hope freebyrd and canda agree"
2009-02-10 12:05:02 - Tommy Tucker: In fairness, you have to look at the turn I took and realise that my assumption was that it was game on.
2009-02-10 12:05:38 - Tommy Tucker: As I said, happy to have a re-match but I think we should play this one out (with no alliances!) LOL
2009-02-10 16:38:52 - CandaVespin: I'm all for a rematch. But I really don't feel that we were in a stalemate. SOMEONE had to make a move sooner or later an a victor would emerge.
2009-02-10 16:39:06 - CandaVespin: So... we never tied, someone moved and someone will win.
2009-02-10 17:32:02 - Tommy Tucker: Thanks for that Canda. Let's have a re-match anyway.
2009-02-10 19:34:06 - bamage: 80% of my last 7 comments were poorly thought out -- can we leave it at that? I believe I apologized, Tommy.
2009-02-10 19:35:30 - bamage: So we're doing the rematch with Canda. I'm all for that. How will that rematch affect the outcome of this game? I think we need to be very specific here.
2009-02-10 22:24:43 - CandaVespin: It shouldn't affect it at all.
2009-02-10 22:25:06 - CandaVespin: We got into a position where we were at a multi-round stalemate till someone made a move. One of you three will win. Next game is on it's own merit.
2009-02-10 22:28:40 - bamage: so, rematch plus we're going to play this one out, with no alliances. tommy, go to town. you too blobby.
2009-02-10 23:44:29 - Blobby: OK, I agree with whatever any of you says unless one of you tell me not too :-)
2009-02-10 23:45:21 - Blobby: No really, Tommy, Bamage was not out of line with his comments as far as I see, but I understand where you are coming from
2009-02-10 23:46:47 - Blobby: let's play this one out, and fine with me if you all agree to a rematch.
2009-02-10 23:47:12 - Blobby: I'll set up the game, same as this.
2009-02-11 02:17:03 - Tommy Tucker: Sounds good. Sorry bamage... wasn't meaning to get annoyed. Was just a bit upset as I'd made what I thought was a bold move.
2009-02-11 03:32:34 - Blobby: OK, set up a private 3 player, for quickness did sunny escalating, password poorcanda 4235064 is the game number
2009-02-11 03:33:16 - Blobby: If either of you want to change map or settings, that's fine. (ever the pacifist)
2009-02-11 03:48:29 - bamage: it was a great move tommy. it snatched vistory from the jaws of defeat for everyone but canda. i wished i'd noticed it sooner.
2009-02-11 03:48:38 - bamage: *victory
2009-02-11 04:03:05 - CandaVespin: Bamage, how are 4 people supposed to join a 3 person game exactly?
2009-02-11 04:03:45 - CandaVespin: err... Blobby, not Bamage.
2009-02-11 04:04:16 - Tommy Tucker: That's what I was thinking!!!
2009-02-11 04:52:37 - Blobby: Uuum, I was thinking that the remaining players agree to a tiebreaker. Since, A) you did not quite agree, & B) you were not a remaining player.....
2009-02-11 04:53:37 - Blobby: But I'm up to doing the 4 player, just not what I had in mind, when I sgeested it, you was still the prominent player
2009-02-11 04:54:16 - Blobby: Then you kinda coasted about hoe you woukd win in the long run and didn't agree that a stalemate was needed
2009-02-11 04:55:00 - Blobby: So then Tommy attacked you, and I followed suit, having comne to no decision??????
2009-02-11 04:56:07 - Blobby: Sorry, jus reading what I wrote, my little letters are too close together, I can spell really.
2009-02-11 06:06:39 - CandaVespin: I was hoping to provoke someone, ANYONE into doing something. Eventually, at the status quo, I would have had the army count to win. When all three of you (yes, three of you) jumped on me for the kill....
2009-02-11 06:06:49 - CandaVespin: It was never and never will be a "tie"
2009-02-11 06:07:12 - CandaVespin: But... you're welcome to play your 3. I was willing to play a re-match. NOT a tie-breaker as it wasn't a tie. Still isn't a tie.
2009-02-11 06:07:25 - CandaVespin: Can't have a tie when someone will eventually win.
2009-02-11 14:16:02 - bamage: since we're not doing a winner-take-all that covers both games, and since canda said [2009-02-09 13:32:45 - CandaVespin: THough, I'd be all for a new game. I prefer foggy myself.] I think we should make it a 4-player game.
2009-02-12 23:23:39 - Blobby: OK, that's good with me. Please set it up Bam, and as for this one??? We still play against each other?
2009-02-13 05:16:10 - bamage: absolutely... beat my ass
2009-02-13 05:16:14 - bamage: :-)
2009-02-13 05:17:57 - bamage: erm... dumb question... should i set up an escalating version of this map?
2009-02-13 09:09:11 - Tommy Tucker: I prefer Escalating sunny but happy with whatever!
2009-02-13 22:28:36 - Blobby: Escalating is normally a surer way to avoid a stalemate, I;m fine with it, sunny or fog
2009-02-17 14:29:45 - bamage: leavng that stack there made no sense
2009-02-17 14:30:07 - bamage: imo
2009-02-19 16:27:49 - bamage: gg tommy, well-done
2009-02-19 16:31:35 - Tommy Tucker: Thanks bamage... well played. Look forward to the re-match....
2009-02-19 16:32:02 - Tommy Tucker: gg Blobby....
