2008-07-14 17:42:29 - hwhrhett: gl!
2008-07-14 17:42:42 - hwhrhett: i dont really get this map, so any pointers after the fact, would be greatly appreciated :-)
2008-07-14 17:44:04 - Natewolfman: not a problem, i really like this map because its not SUPER complex, but just enough so that if your not used to it you may have trouble
2008-07-14 17:44:12 - Natewolfman: gl to you in all 3 :)
2008-07-14 17:57:18 - Natewolfman: good move (mixed with crappy dice on my turn :P )
2008-07-14 18:23:01 - hwhrhett: i think your gonna run me out on all of these, not looking good
2008-07-14 18:23:18 - hwhrhett: im thinking the best 1v1 strat for this map revolves around free french/cauldron area
2008-07-14 18:28:51 - hwhrhett: on second look, looks like your bad dice may have caught up, in 1 round i went to looking pretty decent in all of these, lol
2008-07-14 18:30:35 - Natewolfman: lol yes it seems that way :P
2008-07-14 18:30:49 - hwhrhett: are airfields the only things that offer long distance attacks here?
2008-07-14 18:31:05 - Natewolfman: and the caudron is a great point, in 8-way or 1v1... but not the only strat, just the most effective
2008-07-14 18:31:15 - Natewolfman: no, you can morter
2008-07-14 18:31:19 - Natewolfman: but thats just bombardment
2008-07-14 18:34:13 - hwhrhett: ok, and those are the brigades huh? that boombard, but they dont bombard long distances like in waterloo, only locals
2008-07-14 18:37:35 - Natewolfman: duno if i understand the question, but the mortor attacks, you match the colors
2008-07-14 18:37:46 - Natewolfman: blue mortor attacks contries in which the shells are the same color
2008-07-14 20:40:26 - Natewolfman: haha good eye on that one, most dont notice that route :P
2008-07-14 20:46:37 - hwhrhett: im making heavy use of the bob map-inspect :-)
2008-07-14 20:54:22 - Natewolfman: lol i dont use bob
2008-07-14 20:54:26 - Natewolfman: never have
2008-07-14 20:56:00 - hwhrhett: its extremely helpful for strange maps.
2008-07-14 20:56:20 - hwhrhett: map inspect is a god-send, being able to scroll over a territory and see everything that it attacks, and that can attack or bombard it.
2008-07-14 20:57:25 - Natewolfman: welp i think i have you on this one :) you got me on the other though
2008-07-15 00:52:02 - Natewolfman: gg
