2019-02-10 13:22:36 - nibotha: Thanks for the poor, unjustified rating DP757
2019-02-10 13:24:52 - nibotha: When our team wins this one, making it 3 consecutive wins for me against you - I will be sure to reciprocate
2019-02-10 13:25:24 - nibotha: The rest of you - enjoy the game :o)
2019-02-10 20:17:46 - DP757: haha... unjustified?!?! You literally gave me a truce and then took me out. Not sure what's unjustified about that.
2019-02-10 20:19:12 - DP757: also I just pulled it up, we've played 7 games against each other... I've won 1. You've won 1 and others have won the other 5 so I'm not sure where you get 3 consecutive, but okay.
2019-02-10 20:22:23 - DP757: I adjust my rankings on a game by game basis nibotha... play this fair, which in a team game I don't know how you don't and I'll adjust the rating.
2019-02-10 20:37:27 - nibotha: You are right about the 7 games being 1-1 and 5 to others.
2019-02-10 20:38:26 - nibotha: I offered a truce and planned to stick by it until.you pretty much invited me to break it -
2019-02-10 20:38:36 - nibotha: ""...there's nothing that says you can't imply you'll help someone and then not."
2019-02-10 20:39:06 - nibotha: Anyways - water under the bridge
2019-02-11 10:25:00 - bobbythomson: If it is water under the bridge, great - that means you learned from it and won't let it affect this game.
2019-02-11 14:11:17 - DP757: yeah, that quote was in reference to you saying you weren't going to do anything but sit back while we fought it out when you implied you would assist if I eliminated someone for you and explicitly stated you wouldn't attack me. Then you attacked me.
2019-02-11 14:12:03 - DP757: Super dirty, but as you just implied, can't change the past.
2019-02-11 17:23:47 - nibotha: Just for the record - I never implied I would assist, simply said I wouldn't attack...and only did after you revealed my strength in a fog game
2019-02-11 17:24:32 - nibotha: Even the other player remarked he felt you were trying to get him to do the dirty work
2019-02-11 17:25:08 - nibotha: And Bobby - of course the game in question has no bearing on what happens here
2019-02-12 14:03:23 - DP757: I was trying to get him to team up on you because you were stacking and explicitly stated you weren't going to do anything. I perhaps read into your statement of not attacking to mean you would attack the other player or else you gave me nothing for
2019-02-12 14:05:04 - DP757: for doing your dirty work... nothing wrong with you sitting back. You explicitly your promise... not sure how you justify that.
2019-02-12 14:05:37 - DP757: sorry everyone else has to hear us air our grievences :)
2019-02-12 14:09:15 - DP757: *explicitly breaking your promise
2019-02-12 14:12:02 - nibotha: Well - I think I have explained my thought process
2019-02-12 14:24:13 - DP757: yeah... idk man, I'd NEVER go back on a promise or break a truce. Different strokes for different folks I guess.
2019-02-12 14:33:21 - nibotha: I have never done it before the game we were both in where I already explained that I thought you were inviting me to do so
2019-02-12 14:33:41 - nibotha: Anyways - as already stated, water under the bridge
2019-02-12 14:34:41 - nibotha: Ironically, Larry - the player accusing you of trying to get him to do your dirty work won the tournament...
2019-02-12 14:35:56 - DP757: well, I was definitely cheering for him to win after that.
2019-02-12 14:38:39 - DP757: You were going to win that game no matter what... I would have played it differently had I known the truce wouldn't have been honored. I played down to not much in order to eliminate a player and earn it. It should have been us playing in the final.
2019-02-12 14:38:58 - DP757: oh well
2019-02-14 05:56:50 - nibotha: I would have definitely honored the truce had your response to me complaining about you revealing my strength in a fog game been different...
2019-02-14 05:57:51 - nibotha: As soon as you rightly pointed out there was nothing in the rules stating you couldn't do this and also stated -
2019-02-14 05:58:33 - nibotha: "...there's nothing that says you can't imply you'll help someone and then not."
2019-02-14 05:59:25 - nibotha: I took this to mean that revealing position and strength in a fog game is not against the rules and neither is breaking a truce.
2019-02-14 06:01:35 - nibotha: I don't think either sh have never done the former and and only once the latter (for the aforementioned reasons)
2019-02-14 06:03:46 - nibotha: *I don't think either should happen and I have never done the former and and only once the latter (for the aforementioned reasons)
2019-02-14 15:04:46 - DP757: look man, I'm over talking about it. To me, there's nothing dirty about revealing a fog position if it's beneficial to do so. As I noted before, my statement was because I interpreted in a 3 player game, you saying if you take someone out for me I won't
2019-02-14 15:05:40 - DP757: hit you until the end, to mean that you would not hit that person and work about bringing the game to an end. You then said you weren't going to hit anyone unless they hit you after I expended all of my men to do your bidding. We've already gone over
2019-02-14 15:06:03 - DP757: this though, so can we just let it die. Don't break truces in the future and you don't get a bad rating. It's never okay.
2019-02-20 10:08:36 - nibotha: Ok - don't play foggy games with me only to make them sunny and you won't get a bad rating
2019-02-20 10:09:13 - nibotha: Or maybe don't invite me to break a truce and then complain about it when I do - just an idea!
2019-02-20 14:43:45 - DP757: I didn't say you could break the truce... why would I have said that? This conversations old. It's a past game. Let it go.
2019-02-21 08:20:41 - nibotha: there's nothing (in the rules) that says you can't imply you'll help someone and then not."
2019-02-21 08:22:37 - nibotha: I've already explained how I see the situation several times and despite me taking the time to and seeing your perspective on it out still seem to be oblivious to why I did what I did
2019-02-21 08:23:33 - nibotha: Anyways - for the LAST time - it's water under the bridge to me!
2019-03-05 19:28:45 - bobbythomson: Nice game!! What took you so long//;0 we were not in this for a long time
2019-03-05 19:29:51 - bobbythomson: For information, what is the "infiltrate, Research, Destroy" objective? Does that mean you held all the DNA labs or what?
