2014-07-28 17:03:50 - luckywar: gg
2014-08-05 13:36:14 - iAmCaffeine: Deferred troops really shouldn't exist. Countless times they turn a loss into a win.
2014-08-05 15:29:53 - kratos644: Yeah because that's what swung the game... Defferred troops are far more balanced than what they used to be in the past. Stop looking for excuses and just lose with some grace.
2014-08-06 14:01:40 - luckywar: at the time of the miss, this game wasn't a loss for us. so the tides did not change imo
2014-08-06 14:02:37 - luckywar: removing deferred troops from a game? hrm...I might be into that as a settings option Caff...put it in the suggestions?
2014-08-07 12:23:06 - iAmCaffeine: Deferred troops at all are stupid. I don't need excuses and I'll happily lose to players with grace if I respect them, but you don't fall into that category kratos. I'm bitter and pissed because of how fucked we've been this game and plenty of others.
2014-08-07 12:23:23 - iAmCaffeine: @lucky - it's not worth suggesting it as another option, it wouldn't happen.
2014-08-07 12:23:54 - iAmCaffeine: Please tell me what swung the game kratos, if it wasn't the huge stack we had to deal with because of the deferred troops.
2014-08-07 12:24:04 - iAmCaffeine: Apart from our constant dice fails in trying to break.
2014-08-07 12:24:28 - iAmCaffeine: I'm eagerly awaiting to hear how you won entirely through strategy, just like Galapagos, lmao.
2014-08-07 12:39:29 - kratos644: You realize I wasn't part of the triples Galapagos... The Galapagos I was a part of you won due to dice... I'm not saying we didn't have dice involved in our win. Every win has better dice involved than the opponents.
2014-08-07 12:40:09 - kratos644: If you think one turn with an extra 3 armies that you had a chance to respond to is what swung the game though, that's just ignorant.
2014-08-07 16:30:19 - RiskTycoon: You must plan for the deferred armies. you also, must stall.
2014-08-07 19:02:58 - luckywar: not to continue in an argument for no reason, but I'll answer for kratos. When RT missed, we lost positioning and the 3 troops for the round, so the following turns, it appeared as if you were winning - because you had more troops on the field. then on
2014-08-07 19:04:04 - luckywar: RTs next round, he dropped 6 on a 4, giving us a 10 stack that appeared HUGE. then again, you had an 8 stack on one of the utilities...so when I say HUGE, it really wasn't. But it looked big considering you had odds before his turn. Once the 6 armies
2014-08-07 19:05:06 - luckywar: came into play, then game was more even. To me this game was decided more about dice. So you can argue there if you want and I will agree. I just truly don't believe RTs miss was the reason for the win....then again e1 would have taken turns at differe
2014-08-07 19:05:45 - luckywar: nt times of the day, and then had different dice....so maybe. lol
2014-08-07 19:07:23 - luckywar: anywho, that's my 2 cents. we can continue to argue about what won this game, doesn't matter. We can even argue about the rules, everything that happened here was legal. so have a beer, lay a fat chick, andgl in other games.
2014-08-08 08:47:01 - iAmCaffeine: I don't care enough to argue. We had plenty of shit dice at key times but I remember at least one occasion when RT did as well.
2014-08-08 08:47:12 - iAmCaffeine: IIRC, it wasn't just 3 deferred troops.
2014-08-08 08:47:42 - iAmCaffeine: Regarding Galapagos, you can believe we won from dice if you like. I'll beat you on that map another 10 times without loss and you can blame them all on dice, doesn't bother me.
2014-08-08 13:08:55 - kratos644: We played the exact same strategy you had like an extra 10-12 armies when our stacks met but sure your strategy was vastly superior...
2014-08-08 13:50:01 - iAmCaffeine: Playing the same strategy from different positions is not the same. Please learn the map and get back to me in the future kthx.
2014-08-08 13:50:16 - iAmCaffeine: You also had no idea how to counter.
2014-08-08 13:50:19 - iAmCaffeine: gg
2014-08-08 14:29:22 - kratos644: There was no counter for those dice... Stop being an arrogant moron and acting like you're some god on that map. Your play is the generic play for that map on those settings. It's nothing special just what works. Your dice were vastly superior so you won.
2014-08-08 14:30:45 - kratos644: Plain and simple. It's rather sad that you're so bent up in a pissing match that you can't admit that, but to each his own I suppose. If it makes you feel better about your mediocrity I suppose you can keep telling yourself that you played magically.
2014-08-08 14:31:51 - kratos644: The fact remains that you didn't plan accordingly in this game for the 3 extra troops that you would have just had to deal with a round earlier if not for the miss. Play better next time and you won't have that issue.
