2012-09-20 05:38:47 - General Roy: Hope we may have a fun game.
2012-09-20 05:39:41 - General Roy: Will be interesting to see if this tourny will be finished in the end - with the no. of people who drop out I suspect we are only half way to the finish line.
2012-09-20 22:45:47 - Tripitaka: It's not just how many people are still in though - it's how on top of it HA stays.
2012-09-20 22:46:06 - Tripitaka: Anyway good luck!
2012-09-21 05:07:59 - General Roy: Notr a good round at all.
2012-09-21 19:53:49 - General Roy: You have a good chance of turning this around to your favour now.
2012-09-21 21:11:07 - Tripitaka: Not with the type of dice I'm getting at the moment I don't!
2012-09-22 06:34:16 - General Roy: Clearly not. I was sure it would go the other way now.
2012-09-22 06:34:24 - General Roy: Clearly still a totally open game.
2012-09-22 15:53:15 - Tripitaka: Except you're on the verge of a 3 bonus!
2012-09-22 16:23:54 - General Roy: If I manage to fight you off. :)
2012-09-23 02:10:18 - Tripitaka: Again, with my dice you won't need to do much fighting! lol
2012-09-23 06:40:47 - General Roy: No, now it seems I will have an easy game.
2012-09-23 06:41:03 - General Roy: Sorry for the bad dice - it does take away some of the fun of the game.
2012-09-23 06:42:29 - General Roy: Having cards for spoil can turn this round, though, but will still be difficult.
2012-09-23 23:11:22 - Tripitaka: Yeah, all in the game though. Some you win, some you lose! Hopefully I can find someone to join another game with me if this one doesn't work out! :)
2012-09-24 04:55:15 - General Roy: seems you have turned this round, though.
2012-09-24 04:56:38 - General Roy: My advantage here now is that I have got you under 12 areas.
2012-09-24 17:10:58 - Tripitaka: Think I'm just delaying the inevitable - as you say you have the advantage in region count as well as the card advantage.
2012-09-24 17:21:56 - General Roy: You probably get a set before me, though. 10 troops extra could still change things around.
2012-09-24 17:22:08 - General Roy: But chances are of course somewhat low.
2012-09-24 18:30:43 - Tripitaka: If you checked the timestamp you'll see I said that just before you cash a 3 card set on your next turn...so yeah I was right in that you had the advantage at that time. Obviously I have the greater possibility in cashing next because I'm now on 4 cards
2012-09-24 18:31:13 - Tripitaka: and you're on 2 (having been the last to cash). ;)
2012-09-24 18:34:32 - Tripitaka: And now having taken my turn (and cashed) you once again have the card advantage...that's what happens when you start the round first, unless of course you fail to get a card one round.
2012-09-24 19:19:41 - General Roy: I agree - going first is a good advantage. But I don't think this is over yet.
2012-09-24 20:06:40 - General Roy: You have almost managed to take Africa away from me.
2012-09-25 16:31:28 - Tripitaka: Hardly
2012-09-26 12:04:07 - General Roy: Of course the cards may be of help for me there.
2012-09-26 15:14:19 - General Roy: You see what I mean?
2012-09-26 15:16:19 - General Roy: If I had not had the set, this game would in all probability have been yours now.
2012-09-26 15:16:43 - General Roy: so a close call.
2012-09-27 05:29:31 - General Roy: Though now it probably is decided. If so, thanks for a good game. as you also indicated, going first is usually a great advantage in 1v1 games.
2012-09-27 22:27:54 - Tripitaka: Good game and good luck in the next round!
2012-09-29 05:39:15 - General Roy: Thanks a lot.
2012-09-29 05:39:48 - General Roy: You are fighting well, though
