2012-06-26 17:41:54 - ncbilly123: I don't know why you like this map so much, it is mostly a coin toss, unless dice are really bad, person going first wins
2012-06-26 21:12:21 - CivProBlows: I win going second quite often.
2012-06-26 21:12:36 - CivProBlows: I seem to win this one, first or second, more than any other map.
2012-06-26 21:13:59 - CivProBlows: I think with 1v1s, it's pretty much a toss-up with any map, most of the time. This one seems to be the most even, compared to others I've played.
2012-06-26 23:06:00 - ncbilly123: I just got destroyed with crappy dice, I guess that is other way person going first an lose
2012-06-27 00:39:38 - ncbilly123: your dice are strong
2012-06-27 16:54:33 - ncbilly123: good game.... strategy is completely and I mean completely meaningless in this format..... has everything to do wityh lucky dice
2012-06-27 16:55:02 - ncbilly123: no way you even have a chance if dice are even or slightly in your favor, but when so lopsided, no way to win
2012-06-27 16:58:03 - CivProBlows: Like I said, I win with this format/map most of the time, first or second, so there must be something to it.
2012-06-27 16:58:47 - CivProBlows: In 1v1, first turn is a huge advantage, regardless of the map.
2012-06-27 17:00:32 - CivProBlows: This one is at least big enough to allow the person going second to have a chance.
2012-06-27 17:03:12 - ncbilly123: you were hitting +20% and I was minus 18% on dice after turn two, that is why you won.
2012-06-27 17:04:29 - ncbilly123: up in finland had 9 on 4 the one turn, and 7 on 3 other turn not winning either one.... no strategy in that
2012-06-27 17:08:27 - CivProBlows: That's part of the game too, you win some rolls and lose others. But to say there was no strategy in this game is an overgeneralization based on two small examples, and basically just a cop-out.
2012-06-27 17:18:33 - ncbilly123: there is very very very little strategy on this map in a no fog game with experienced players
2012-06-27 17:24:10 - CivProBlows: opinions are like assholes . . .
