Specifics:
Provide time, [Subject],Headline, URL like a regular RSS feed.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:
Allow news to be accessible in other applications.

Nice idea

Maybe it would be helpful to have a headlines ticker at the top of the My Games page too? I occasionally miss headlines that appear on the home page if I don't look at them while logging in....
