Clan League

I got to thinking, how about an annual league. Each Clan applies to join, limited to a 12 man roster. You play in a league setting of games. There is a map decided for each division that is voted upon by a sort of commissioners decided by 1 representitive from each clan and the league staff. Staff would be needed to keep up with certain aspects of the league such as stats, games, scheduling, post season, ect. I think this could be very successful with a little help from CC mods. Any suggestions?

It would be a differant set up than that, more diverse. be of all game types and styles...probably random maps to take away any advantage of one team over the other at any given time. I haven't completely got it figured out, just a strong idea.

You may be best served getting your clan into the CLA forum and discussing this idea with us there. Talk with
jpcloet about the requirements.
The CLA is basically what you discussed in the first post. Clans apply to join, if they meet requirements they are approved into the forum and there are two representatives from each clan that discusses how Clan Leagues/Challenges should work. There are further goals of the CLA which are generally in regards to developing a way to rank the Clans. It is approved and encouraged by the mods. Twill is "defaulting" to our decisions made in there.
