• A smiley/emoticon equivalent to :\

Specifics:

• When you want to show that you're expressing uncertaincy in the forum you could use the new smiley!
• The :\ (as in punctuation itself) never seems to fit in next to all of the other smilies

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• Allows easier expression
• Makes smiley filled posts easier to read
