Delete ratings left by busted multis.

Concise description:

After a multi is busted, delete ratings left by both accounts.

Specifics:

I think a lot of times, multis leave revenge ratings to someone for suspecting them.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

People won't get bad ratings for busting multis.

If it can be implemented w/ ease - I don't see why not.
