• Limit Bedub1's ability to respond to so many posts here in the suggestions thread

Specifics:

• That guy is either just trying to rack up his post count...or he really cares about making CC better.
• Either way...I think other people should have a chance to make suggestions

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• I can't hear myself over his screaming
• I won't have to stare at a Forum full of "last post by bedub1"
