Concise description:
- add 'delete account' button to account settings
Specifics:
- would require addition user verification to prevent hacks
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
- I wouldn't have to give my account over a couple of well known hooligans to have it banned for me.

Accounts are not deleted. There are many reasons behind this including how it would affect past games. If you do not want to use your account any longer, just let it remain inactive.
