Concise description: To have an "Active Tournaments" side panel in profiles.

Specifics:
- Have banner entitled "Active Tournaments" and under the banner have links to the players tournaments that are ongoing.
- Easier for members to keep track and on top of their tournaments
- It may encourage participants to check up on their tournaments for any updates
- Participants can check standings easier without searching the pages of ongoing tournaments
