Conquer Club

This is a brand new tournament and we'd like to get a feel for the number of players to determine how we structure it and what prizes to give.

Every player can post a home map (not beta or special event) and random is permitted.

This is a 2-stage tournament

1. A ladder where players play matches against each other and will be eliminated until there is one survivor. This is very similar to SNARF17WD's ladder but with Super League matches.
2. A winners league where the top players from the ladder play matches against each other just like a Super League.

Prizes will be awarded for the top players in the ladder and the league and there could be additional prizes (depends on how many enter).

The Ladder

The ladder starts with any number of players who will be randomly placed in a ladder.
For each round, everyone plays a match against the players above and below them.
Top and bottom of the ladder will play each other for their second match.

Ladder matches will be best of 3 games - 1 home, 1 away, 1 random.

Anyone losing both matches get eliminated.

Repeat rounds until we have one person left.

Final standings will be used to determine prizes.

The League

Top players (depends on how many enter) from the ladder qualify for the league.
Everyone plays a match against each other scoring points for each match just like Super League.

League matches will be 4 games - 1 home, 1 away, 2 random.

Once all games have been played, final standings will be used to determine prizes.
