An example on how the neutrals would be:

the artwork is somewhat reminiscent of conquistadores, which isn't a bad thing.

however, the kuntisuyu name label looks off, since it's read sideways, unlike the other three suyu names.

Inca Empire 1.1 with extra village so each suyu has 2 main site's:
