Asking for a friend here:

Is anyone else familiar with 2 player Risk including 4 x 'active neutral' armies?

It's definitely a thing, but maybe in New Zealand they gave us a superior set of rules to play by. I have the boardgame and the actual rulebook in case you're wondering.

Anywho - 2 player Risk with 4 active neutral armies is literally the best format.... For me to become the supreme conquerer that is.

The following is an extremely boring video which briefly explains the rules but doesn't really capture the wonderful essence of it:

(from 2min30sec to 4min54sec):

Perhaps what I'm suggesting here is too technical or time consuming. Perhaps with guidance I could help out with the work side of things. Or perhaps - the 4 active neutral format only exists in an entirely different dimension of the multiverse.

Before the site went down yesterday there was an option to play bot games. Maybe they are still having bugs with getting that back up.
Maybe it will come back.
But it was pretty much the same concept, but I believe it was no point games. I'm not exactly sure, I've never played one.

If it is different, maybe the contrast of the differences can be laid out and shown so the concept could be seen in a wider range?
I'll check out the video you linked soon. Sorry, gotta do parental things.
