I'm working (and I use this term lightly) nightshift for a bit on an oil-rig. It's just like prison, but by the sea-side. Seriously it's not my full time job out here. I'm a contracted environmental consultant so I go where the work is, I'm mainly based on-shore in central Scotland - but sometimes these shitty jobs come up. It is worth coming offshore for the extra cash I get (triple time plus overtime and bonuses with time off in leu) and the work is piss easy (but boring) but its hard being away from real life.
This trip will pay for my honeymoon to the workers paradise (Cuba
