When relaxing or trying to collect my thoughts I lean towards instrumental music
or tunes where lyrics don't dominate the sound and distract my focus.
In the meditative/ambient direction
this compilation is one of the best I've heard,
with music by
Mark Isham,
Dean Evenson, Bob Holroyd and others.
