Btw, both qwert and Bruce, wouldn't it be better (and easier) to put your predictions in the General Threads for both NC and CC, instead of these individual ones?

Anyway, T4C have been facing some stiff competition lately, but I'm still expecting WG to pour more misery upon them ;)

what. does noone have any faith?

Yes weve played TOFU, TSM, OSA and Now WG. We are a hell of a lot stronger and more organised than when we first went up against KOTF or TIME as it was then. Now we are stronger and I believe we can beat WG. And the Spanking Monkis. They havent played for a while, but who knows?

A 40-10 loss in your last clan battle does not instill much confidence.

Also, what is with this? http://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?game=8629092

Three of your men join the game and then an hour into the game, another one of the players takes the turn for the other guy, who supposedly just signed up. It's not even like he was away considering he posted in the forum not 2 hours later joining a tournament. This can only be described as obvious account sitting abuse.

Actually Shaunchef, joined the game about a day ago when It was sent out, the day before he went on business (Today) he joined it as he didnt expect to be the first turn.

obviously he was and shanester took his turn for him. No abuse there.
nagerous wrote:A 40-10 loss in your last clan battle does not instill much confidence.

How about a big lead against OSA. That instills me with a lot of confidence. And anyway I count the 40-10 more as a learning loss than an actual oh we challenged them cause we thought we were going to pwn them, and then got pwned.

EDIT: Our actual last clan battle was a 22-18 loss to RA. A lot closer than 40-10.

Nothing to do with shaunchef, he was an innocent in this - what I can't understand is how the game began at 3.30am, mc took cky's turn at 4.30am and then cky posted signing up for a tournament at 6am. Why did mc take cky's turn? Cky was not away, this is just account sitting abuse..

we are in the process of joining at the moment. If I read the newcomers cup right, we actually dont have to start until about 4 days time. home games had to be out by today and we have 4 days to join.

I was taking some of cky's turns because he just had a baby and has been missing turns lately. Next time why don't you ask me instead of going on a rant about it.

i will back nag up on this one. fair enough that is the comment you have left (congrates to him on the new member of the family) but you are online just now meaning you should of played his shot at this time. sitters are only allowed to play if a player is in danger of missing, this is not 1 hour into his shot. Also i agree he should not of posted it in this thread (i made that mistake with time he should of went straight to a c and a report.)and ps since there is a player usage limit in the challenges he should not be taking part in it. if your comment is correct that he is missing his turns a lot, it can be looked at 2 ways.

1) it was a genuine mistake

or

2) the clan is trying to work the player usage system.

Eddie there is no need to back nagerous up. This is a dispute between two clans that are NOT your own. We will sort this out between ourselves. Please dont stick your nose into this business again eddie, otherwise your just going to end up getting yourself reported for trolling again.

how the hell am i trolling, i looked through all the nc cup to see what sets were getting put out. i then seen that there was a case similar to the one time had via another clan so i made one comment highlighting it is given a noted in c and a. i then come back to see what responses had been made to my comment and see you are acting the same as what happened in times challenge.

That's not the point. Taking a fellow player's turn 1 hour into the turn is not fair, you should at least watch the clock until he is in danger of missing. If he is so busy then he should probably also stop signing up to tournaments? I believe the rules will be clarified to you guys for what has happened in this incident.

Anyway, as for this particular game unless any other express decision from higher authorities we shall continue onwards.

I don't think the Fourth Crusade clan is trying to work the player usage system. LOL, I don't know if we even know how to do that.

This was a mistake. It has been clarified, from what I can read above. I know that messages are being sent back and forth between the leaders and it's being examined. It shouldn't happen again. I'm glad you're up for continuing onwards which seems to be the most sensible decision at this point.

Let's get back to the business of guessing who will win and by how many games. And enjoying the war, which is what this is all about.

Good luck to our opponents!

Right, seeing the circumstances it does sound like a honest mistake, and likely won't mean a thing in terms of players usage, so let's keep all that hotheadedness and roam the battlefields instead :D
Will update the thread when all games are joined. GL!
