What happens if it is a draw (i.e. one person cancels, but the other does not/forgets)?

i'm in... but what happens if you don't decide to cancel a game? Is it mandatory to cancel a game-- period, or just mandatory to cancel a game before round 2 if you want to cancel it? And do you have to cancel it before the log says incrementing to round 2, or just before you begin your turn on round 2?

J'espere que tu rappeleras aux joueurs de faire leur choix a la fin du round sinon ceux qui jouent beaucoup de tournois et de parties (genre moi, ca se prononce "djenre moi" , et oui c pour ca...lol) risquent d'oublier et du coup c'est plus trop fair...lol

when you send out the games, would you consider sending a PM to all players, reminding us that we need to cancel a game? Not reminding us in individual games, but just a general PM at the beginning?
