Concise description:

When a player missed his turn in a 2 player game, the other person has to wait 12 hours to take his/her turn.

I don't really care which gets changed: the instructions or the 12 hour wait. I just don't like that the instructions guarantees you something that you will not always get.

The Instructions/Reality will be consistent.

player always gets at least 24 hours..... the at least is implied. You never have to play before 24 hours is up. Often you may have to wait longer though.
