Top scores, NOT on the scoreboard.

I am curious as to who are some of the top scorers who haven't taken a turn in the past 30days, knocking them off the scoreboard.

I think he wants highest inactive but current scores (ie, if they played today they would jump toward the top of the scoreboard).
