Duday. I have never modded a non RT game or a game with any larger than 7 people but I find that if you ont have two many power roles than 1 mafia per 3 townies is good. If you have mafia power roles or townie power roles those change a little. I susgest that for your first game you keep it small with no more than 10 people and 3-5 power roles.

Oh ok then...I'm dealing with issues like that in my game right now too. It's just a normal part of modding I guess.

I do have to say though that I think you have done a good job on your current game...

Oh ok then...I'm dealing with issues like that in my game right now too. It's just a normal part of modding I guess.

I haven't done anything THAT bad. The worst I've done is tell someone they got roleblocked.

Mine was the worst. I killed Exile.

That's why I don't suggest non-vinalla. EVen though it's really fun. (Tel's Gun that never worked.

There should be some kind of guideline for modding a mafia game. I did The Departed and I'm still not even sure I did everything correctly.

Here's a question I've been wondering about: If a doctor protects a player and that player is targeted by, for example, both the mafia AND an SK, does the doctor's protection work for both of them? or does it only protect from 1 kill?

It's questions like these that I'd like to know before I mod another game.

See, this is left up for the mod to decide. I always play it so that if the doc protected the player, then he protects that player from one of the hits, but not both. Typically, I would do it so that the first person to target the player is the one that the player gets saved against.

However, you could save the player from both because the doc protected him for the night. Your choice really.

It also depends upon how many power roles are in the game as well.

Yeah, I suppose everything's left up to the mod to decide how the game goes...there doesn't have to be any specific rules for modding.
