But yes, getting new dice data from Random.org would be a better method. CC has not used Random.org for a long. (AFAIK)

Elf you went waaaay out on a limb with this and that took alot of most, good luck seeing if you can accomplish your goal, reading 4 pages here took a minute but it was worth the read, and the parade of flames was expected and not suppressed, I enjoy reading the not to bright expressions of those who deny any changes to CC need or should happen
On a side note yes Bob I remember when you brought this up, and were shouted down and flamed by some of the same fool's who are still doing it now
Hey ice is everything on CC still running ok ?

Ok, sure I'll bite. Tho I don't know why you continually call me out on stuff.jgordon1111 wrote:Yes I do, my question stays as should this topic for obvious reasonsIcePack wrote:jgordon1111 wrote:Hey ice is everything on CC still running ok ?you do realize this is a 2 year old bumped thread, right?

Yes? Membership is somewhat stable, clan membership is stable. A number of things have improved since BigWham came around. I know some changes aren't popular or viewed positively (other games mainly, plus a few others) but overall things like poly, 12 man games, 3 team quads etc seemed to have been received positively.
Could things be better? Of course. Can more be changed to help the site? Of course. I never said more couldn't / shouldn't be changed. I'm not sure where you get that impression. Again the only thing I've done that seems to make you think I'm "anti change" was cuz I happened to come across a few suggestions that you wrote where I didn't feel like it was a positive change to the site. I'll continue to give my opinion when I see things I like or don't like. Half the stuff I don't really say much because I'm indifferent. But I never said "no changes are needed" or anything of that nature.
As far as this thread goes / old dice complaints. As far as I can tell there's always been dice complaints. That's why they were changed in the past and they continued after. I'm sure if it was "fixed" people would still complain. Reading the thread, a lot of people think they know how the dice works but from what I know of how things work, most are largely wrong in some of their assumptions.
What's my opinion? Are they perfect? No. Are they ok? Sure. They're pretty good and everyone's dealing with the same dice so to me it's not a big deal for me. Yeah I get bad dice. But I also get incredibly good dice.
In the end it's not bad enough to make me leave, and I'm not the owner so I have no real say in what could / should / will be done about it, if anything. So I keep playing and enjoying my time here

Well damn at least you gave a thorough answer and qualified your reasoning for once and no that's not why I ask you questions, well yes it is, but first time you bothered to explain, and no CC is fine is not the right answer if I make a statement whether you agree with me or not is beside the pointIcePack wrote:Ok, sure I'll bite.
