How could he win by getting himself killed? How unfair would that be? I honestly think he's just an idiot, and very possibly a mafia idiot. We'll see....supercram wrote:WAIT WAIT!!! What if he's the "Lynchee" or whatever and his win condition is get lynched! That's the only viable explanation for this behavior.

no one tries to get themself lynched Day 1. and he is clearly relishing this.i bet i'm right.
not on my watch xenhu.

i didn't know the role is rare; i just remembered it from the flash site (but not the name). and so i looked it up for dussle, and there are like 25 people in this game, so i figure anything goes.Machiavelli wrote:No one ever plays with that role.supercram wrote:dussle there's a mafia role called a Jester whose goal is to get himself lynched.
Even if that is XenHu's role, the town would not lose by lynching XenHu. Also, if that is Xen's role, he will only be disruptive the entire game.

This Smells atm. Scum know more about the game than any townie does. I see some of the things you are saying but if during the course of the game we find out there is any truth in these claims. You are on my list.vgmmaster wrote:A lot of random votes going out early I see.
Personally, I don't play that way. What I am wondering though, is this. Seeing how we have 25 players starting (if I counted correctly), it leaves you to wonder how many mafias there are.
Now, I'm not an X-men expert, but for now, I'm going to assume that there are two mafias. Mystique's group and Magneto's group. Also, I think Juggaurnaut may be the Serial Killer.
From there, we have to fill in the blanks, but this is where I'm leaning currently.
NOOB or SCUM? I can't decide. why do you want to know how many cops/docs there are? Only Scum would want to know this.Sam Jam wrote:also, how many docs do we have? cops?

So you are saying that by lynching him it will get us somewhere in the game? How is that? Losing 2 townies is a horrible way to start day 2. To me you both look like you would be glad to lynch anyone with your poor reasoning and Bandwagoning.HoussamTheGreat wrote:Actually, turns out this first day is substantially less random than most! Of course, with 25 players we like need 30 votes or something, so this is going to be a longish day I think.
No Reason? Just a bandwagon vote? MB you aren't playing very well you know that. Just like RK. Throwing votes out left and right with no substance to back them up.Master Bush wrote:unvote wicked

I honestly have to agree with red bull on this one. Way too early on and the chances of Hittin a Pro-Townie with a power role is way too high in a 25 man game. so therefore I am going to SFOS Fircoal and Machiavelli and Houssam and Master Bush and have to Vote No Lynchred bull wrote:but.... i must vote no lynch to early in the game... might kill one of the good ones
From what I read on the flash is the game doesn't stop if the jester achives his win condition, and why would it?Senfive wrote:Fircoal wrote:I OMGUS anybody who votes for me (well at least on the 1st day and when all the random votes are happening), which means.autoload wrote:I feel sorry for the mod when he has to count all these votes. Now, I agree with most of this, but wouldn't it be better to get more proof, then not lynch anybody. With a no lynch we get no info, with a lynch with tons of proof we get info on who pushed who. Who started the lynch.I honestly Believe that a Bandwagon in a 25 man game this early is retarded. I don't believe it will get us anywhere. More than half the players haven't even checked in. so all the bandwagon votes for Xenhu are suspicious to me. I know this is will be interpreted as me sticking up for him, but that is not the case. I merely don't want to lose 2 Townies Before we are able to ELIMINATE all Mafia.

OMGUS votes are Scum Tells. They are not random generic fun votes. You OMGUS voting twice in a game shows you over react to being voted for and are scared. If you want any, and I me seriousness in any of your votes don't OMGUS vote anyone and everyone that votes for you when you do Scummy things. You aren't a noob anymore so stop trying to use that as your crutch.Fircoal wrote:And for the OMGUS votes. It's like a random vote, and there really is no harm to it. It's like a random one, just with out the random. It still isn't a meaningful vote. Right now that's all it is, meaningless votes, except the Xenhu Bandwagon. I'd say that they look more scummy then I do. When someone really startes acting like scum, I will start to change my vote, and go more onto them.

You bring up good points, but I OMGUS vote not because I'm scared as that would be stupid. IT's just as stupid as being mafia then lynching them because they put proof against you. IT shows that you are the mafia. I'm not trying to act like a noob. If I was trying to act like a noob, I wouldn't even be writing out any reasons, I'd just say, "I'm not mafia, believe me."Senfive wrote:OMGUS votes are Scum Tells. Where do you have definate proof if it turns out to be a Townie Power role? I understand that you can look at the list of who voted for the townie but in a 25 man game, if the bandwagon starts with townies and continues with townies the smart mafia won't hop on and be in the clear with your logic Fircoal. I didn't want a lynch in auto's last game and who did we kill? Oh thats right the doctor on the first lynch everyone bandwagoned on. Did we get anywhere with your looking at who voted for who? I don't think so. I don't want a repeat of that.
