He did mention the other guys was staying at his house. It was clearly the same guy typing from both accounts I already assumed that but they also admitted to letting eachother use the others account. This is not a rules violation as far as I can tell unless the account is used for something other than just playing games i.e. point dumping, throwing games, playing as one.
