not having wildcards will keep whining to absolute zero. I think there should be no wildcards and recommend that for future tournaments. Too subjective.

I guess wildcard wasn`t quite so wild. I was hoping you`d take other things into account besides score(*cough* games won *cough*)

But oh well, gl everyone in the final.

The last time I did not use raw score it caused a big problem so I chose to just use the score...but there is always MB IV

I understand. Just IMO, i think it might be more interesting to base it on something else, cause score can vary a lot depending on the group, and also it`s kind of boring to go with score for wildcards when the winners are also decided by score.

Maybe after you gather participants for the next one you should conduct a poll or something, hopefully that would keep whining to a minimum .

Aye...but I would not have moved on and scored well more than 3 of the 4 "legit" (for lack of a better word) finalists. So the wildcards saved me from being placed in a group with 2 other high scorers. If you're going to do divisions, there should be wildcards...for just this reason. See MLB, NFL, etc.
