So let me get this correct, revenue GROWS, but so does the budget deficit for the California State Budget? It seems that Mookie's home state has a problem with:
1) fiscal management,
2) excessive spending.
3) electing too many Liberals who CONTROL the state and have trouble with 1) and 2)
4) fraud and waste is very likely, but their Leaders do not want to address THAT.
5) The LLC Leaders want to have rallies, pass more crazy laws, hide criminals in Sanctuary Cities, chase away businesses, and allow AND Lead protests against President Trump.
