Ok, a few things.
Since those are the only responses we got then we will go with 2 weeks between rounds within the clan challenges so hopefully we can give a little more time between actual clan wars.
I have updated the bracket on the first page showing the clans who have advanced.
Everyone needs their home games sent by the 17th! That is 5 days, don't forget to copy myself and TheSpaceCowboy. After that everyone will have 5 days (the 22nd) to join all of the games from that round. When you send your home games you can send any 10 games you choose that you aren't supposed to send, then in the next round you will just have to send the 10 that are left.
We do not have a decisive winner yet from the BotfM and EE. Everyone else will be moving along accordingly. I apologize to the winner of that match and to TOFU for waiting. We will have to try to move quickly when they are done just to keep everything moving but I will be understanding in not joining games in a couple of days.

Just a thought .. if you need a tie-breaker in future rounds & the schedule is tight, you could get the clans to set it up and start playing before the end of the normal games, if the result is anywhere close. If the result isn't a tie in the normal games then the tie-breaker is ignored, if the normal games result is a tie, then the tie-breaker counts & you may have saved yourself a week. NS Classic trips can take a while sometimes.

It wouldn't be a home game, if the map and settings are the same for every challenge (Trip,classic, ns, chain, sun). OK, so one of the clans will have to create it and be team1, but that's no advantage.
The tie-breaker could be created along with the second batch of games and played in conjunction with them. The result only being concidered, if the other 40/60 games end even.

A nice compromise, I like the idea. Maybe it can be implemented in the later rounds of this contest, or in subsequent Cups/mass clan wars.

I'm sure this has been mentioned somewhere throughout the thread, but the front post doesn't clarify it.
I'm assuming that the 5 games in a singles match, only counts as 1 in a players 15max limit?

That is correct the 5 game set count as 1 game in the 15 game limit.

When I came up with the idea of the tournament and was putting it together this is one thing I considered for a long time (giving the higher ranked clan 1 extra game). I ultimately decided against it with other peoples support because I wanted the tournament to keep the feeling that every clan war is 100% equal. Although there are favorites and underdogs, each clan going into the match has the same oppurtunity the other clan has with no advantages.
But yes, creating a tie-breaker game in the 2nd batch could be useful just to keep things moving along. I will consider that in the next round.

i take it this is probably something that will delay our set of games with them? i will pm them and find out.

I am not sure if it will delay. Ideally, it doesn't.
And yes, I agree too. Thanks reptile. I have decided the 2nd group will be sent 2 weeks after the first group so March 31st and then must be joined 5 days later. If you want even more time I know a lot of clans have already agreed to send them all earlier. I believe Mythology and Empire have agreed to send ours earlier already.

Rocketry and I are the main contacts. We've got games set out, but obviously we'll need to find new players. I'll start up a signup thread in our forums and get them out ASAP.

Just so you know, the only real problem is if your games last longer because of this then the winner would basically lose those games at the end before their next war. But I am going to try to give a longer amount of time between wars so hopefully that is really very hurtful.
