If I had those guitars, I'd sell 'em!!strike wolf wrote:Heh if i had room/money for all the guitars i want. First of all i want 3 acoustics. One for open D, one for open G, and one for standard tuning. Two electrics. The one i play and one for show. Ialways have liked the burnt and/or tiger maple look on Electrics. A dobro. A twelve string. An 8 string and a double neck electric.

Wow. I just ignore this thread for a little while and I miss 14 pages. 14 pages!
I'm not even going to try to get caught up. However, I'm curious. How did Andy's Kingdom of Scotland end up?

They are still ruling their little corner of the world. I wanted to get another game going, so now I've got the Kingdom of Sicily, which is expanding up into Italy and through North Africa slowly...and going on crusades to protect the Kingdom of Jerusalem since the King of England had a successful crusade some years back. I've had less time over these last two weeks or so to dig into the game, but I'll probably get back into it this weekend and have a recap sometime, and also play some Portal 2.Dukasaur wrote:Wow. 2dimes, I'll have none of it. You take your 12 string bass or whatever and stick it, or pluck it, or finger it, or whatever IT IS that YOU DO.

Sicily was always one of my favourite starting points. Right after Duchy of Poitou and Duchy of Bohemia.AndyDufresne wrote:They are still ruling their little corner of the world. It's really weird, but I've noticed that lately my spelling skills have really deteriorated. I was always pretty good at spelling and composition in general, but for some reason I find myself looking at words and wondering why there's a red line under them lol. Thing is, I read more than I ever did in high school (which is saying quite a bit), and my math skills likewise are better than they've ever been.
I think I'm forgetting how to language.

I recall a study...I wish I could remember what I read it in, hm, that was looking for correlation regarding deterioration of spelling skills due to the proliferation of auto-correct/auto-detect-misspellings technology over time (i.e. our life time), and if this deterioration expresses itself when those technologies are disabled or absent (i.e. in a writing a letter longhand). Or something like that. Hm.TA1LGUNN3R wrote:It's really weird, but I've noticed that lately my spelling skills have really deteriorated.
