Just had a idea after posting this could Britney Spears be his real name but in fact be mafia roleblocker. Targets the player with her voice or something else *raises eyebrow*

Analysis of players claims that are most important regardless of flavor:
1. Some7hing
2. Ghostly
3. Jak111
Analysis of players claims based on most likely (I'm looking at this as a lot less important than the other two categories as at this point we don't know that much about set up):
1. Some7hing
2. Ghostly
3. Jak111
Analysis of which player has acted the most scummy in my eyes:
1. Ghostly-He seems to be all over the place and best case scenario he has simply tunnel visioned onto three people and therefore really isn't doing town any good unless he just happens to be right. Worst case scenario: it is as it seems and he's trying to pull stuff out of nowhere to keep his suspicions correct. He still hasn't addressed some pointed out flaws with his cases. Attempting to get claimed doc killed.
2. Some7hing-Inactivity. Hypocrisy and a few other scum slips. Nothing worth lynching the doc over.
3. Jak111-Claimed early...very early. Could just be new.
I'd much rather lynch a VT claim than a watcher claim in a normal scenario but I actually feel like Ghostly's dropped more scum tells and yes I feel his overall scumminess has surpassed that of some7hing's. vote Ghostly

Problem here is that he himself said that clever's claim was suspicious for little pressure. Even if new, not new enough to realize that it isn't highly suspicious. This feels like a jester or a mafia taking one for the team. Else, why would he become antagonistic in addition to being crazy?strike wrote:3. Jak111-Claimed early...very early. Could just be new.

Only going to post 1 more time. Lynch me since my cases get us nowhere. I would rather I get lynched so the town may realize Im not so tunnel visioned. The people who I have marked scummy have been marked for a reason (whether it be gut feeling, or personal thought that they have been scum slipping the whole game).

Buddy, the only active people in the game are all saying I am scummy. I feel strike wolf is not exactly mafia, but does rank close up. I have stated my case already. You coming up town upon death will not prove that your cases were right or that you are not suffering from tunnel vision...ghostly447 wrote: I would rather I get lynched so the town may realize Im not so tunnel visioned.

Right, but just because you made cases and you turned up town, it doesn't mean that your cases were good ones. Misguided town cases have the potential to do more harm than good.ghostly447 wrote:But at least it will help town know that I was in fact on their side. Re: Hectic Eclectic Mafia (15/17)[D2] No escape for deserter
As far as strike's analysis of those 3, I wouldn't disagree for the most part.
All three cases have merit it some way. I'm not sure that I want to lynch any of them right now. At least, I'm not sure which I think is the best to lynch. So, for now, I will contemplate and not vote.

Also, is jonty a double voter or is the last vote count wrong?

Well, thats L-2. I guess its time to throw everything out there again for the players who, to say the least, arent very active.
Claimed Captain Flume, Town Watcher. From Catch-22 (I believe was the name of it). Same as our dead confirmed Town Tracker. I know nothing about 'Catch-22' except for the small bit our mod included in my role pm. Besides that, all I can hope for is that the town sees no reason to lynch me so I can try to watch some more and hopefully catch scum. If not, good luck town.

Re: Hectic Eclectic Mafia (15/17)[D2] No escape for deserter
Alright, the chances of an entirely new case coming up before we hit the deadline to not quite impossible, but too low to count on. So, let us take a look at the three options that we do look at.
1. SomethingClever claimed Dr. Jeckle Doctor. Produced a series of somewhat scummy moves leading up to the initial case on him and his claim. Most of what he did can be largely mitigated when filtered through the lens of him being pretty much a noob to this. Now, he could be either noob scum or noob town and have dropped these same scum tells becuase of that, so it is hard to really tell much based on his posts. On the subject of his posts, hasn't been able to strongly contribute much. If alive going forward he is unlikely to be a major day leader in scum hunting and case arguments. So, if he is scum he likely won't be pulling off any serious manipulation of the town, but he will end up hiding in the background more or less unnoticed and could slip by for a long time. Evaluation of his claim is worrisome at best, more due to the possible threat posed by Mr. Hyde rather than the, not to be dismissed but somewhat lesser, concern of it being an entirely fake claim. My conclusion remains that I would be okay with this lynch based on the concerns about the claim being fake and the hopes that taking him out will end whatever sort of threat the Mr. Hyde could pose.
2. Ghostly claimed Captain Flume Watcher. Strong active player, provided that he hasn't actually given up. His contributions to casework and arguments seem to be hindered by his apparently having locked onto a few specific players and is now overly focused to the possible detriment of his attention to other players, cases, and points. May now have to contend with a sort of confirmation bias against those he has named, where he looks at everything they do for support to his existing position on them, and of course can't help but find it. Some are concerned about his willingness to lynch a player who has claimed doctor. I personally don't really share this concern. If left alive he will likely dominate discussion going forward. His claim has several factors of significant concern. The character is rather questionable, although his answers to my questions have reassured me somewhat. His claim to have been role-blocked last night seems too convenient. The connections he tried to make with crazymilkshake's character seem suspect. Of most concern is his insistence that a game that had a tracker must also have had a watcher. (Would a town player be as determined to convince people that their role had to be in the game?) Overall though, I have hesitance to lynch him today. With luck, his claim should be possible to test. My feelings on the matter may be affected by bias, as the town having a living claimed watcher is a major boon to my play style, so I really want his claim to be true.
3. Jak claimed Brittney Spears Vanilla Townie. We haven't seen that much out of Jak since he replaced la galleta. When we did get something out of him it was him coming in and claiming with little provocation. I really don't know what to think about this guy. I almost think Jester in my mind. I don't see him being terribly helpful going forward. On the other hand, do we really want to make on lynch on him, as it stands we won't really be able to get any useful information from doing so...

Re: Hectic Eclectic Mafia (15/17)[D2] No escape for deserter
The highlighted section here is causing me major concern. First off, the character from Catch 22 (Orr) was the busdriver, not the tracker. Now, admittedly this is mistake that I made myself. I was then corrected by Strike or safari or someone. Now, Ghostly has continued to make this mistake, so I conclude that he actually thinks/thought that the tracker was the character from Catch 22. Looking at this, I am seriously concerned, as he seems to be using it as circumstantial evidence in support of his claim. This, coupled with other things he has said to similar ends is now causing me to seriously consider the possibility that this claim is a fake that Ghostly came up with based on these facts. I mean, I get this feeling that if Ghostly hadn't mixed up the character's roles that he would have claimed Gob or something from Arrested Development. I am not going to move my vote at the moment, because I don't want to rush things by putting him and L-1 where anybody could end the day before I am good and ready, but I now consider him my number 1 choice for the day.ghostly447 wrote:Claimed Captain Flume, Town Watcher.
